LF Models operates this shop and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a satisfactory shopping experience (the “Services”). LF Models is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LF Models reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its discretion for any reason. Your order is not confirmed until LF Models confirms its acceptance. Before accepting an order, we must receive and process payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as LF Models may not be able to accommodate requests to cancel an order once it has been accepted. In the event of an order being refused, amended or cancelled, we will notify you by contacting you via the email address, billing address and/or telephone number you provided when placing the order.

You represent and warrant that you are making purchases for personal or household use and not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND INVOICING
Prices, discounts and offers are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price applicable at the time the order is placed, and you will be able to view this in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, published prices do not include customs duties, postage, handling or import charges.

You represent and warrant that (I) the credit card details you have provided are true, correct and complete, (II) you are authorised to use that credit card for purchases, (III) the charges incurred by you will be honoured by the credit card company, and (IV) you will pay the charges invoiced to you in accordance with the published prices, including postage and handling charges and any other charges where applicable
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays attributable to couriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Once the products have been handed over to the courier, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to trade marks, brand names, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, as well as the design, selection and organisation thereof, are the property of LF Models, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by US and foreign patent, copyright and intellectual property laws.

The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of LF Models are trade marks of LF Models or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use these trade marks without the written authorisation of LF Models. The name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans of Shopify are trade marks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans appearing in the Services are trade marks of their respective owners.

You may have access to customer tools provided by third parties as part of the Services, which we do not verify, control or host.You understand and agree that we provide access to such tools ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranty, representation or condition of any kind, and without any support. LF Models is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Shop are made directly with LF Models. By using the Services, you understand and agree that Shopify is not liable for any aspect of the sales between you and LF Models, including any injuries, damages or losses arising from the purchase of products and services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or relating to your purchases and transactions with LF Models.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LF Models, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, merchants, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable legal costs payable to any third party, arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms and Conditions of Service or the documents incorporated herein, (2) your breach of any laws or the rights of third parties, (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claims for which compensation may be payable; however, failure to notify you immediately does not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially affected. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle claims that require non-financial obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be withheld without reasonable cause). Shopify’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions of Service and any policies or operating rules published by us on this website or in relation to the Services constitute the entire agreement and understanding between us and you, and govern your use of the Services, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between us and you (including, but not limited to, any previous versions of the Terms and Conditions of Service).
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

You and LF Models hereby consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts.
