Refund policy
Our 14-day returns policy states that, once you have received an item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lfmodelcars.com
If the return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to post the parcel. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.
If you have any questions about returns, please contact us at any time at info@lfmodelcars.com
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any faults or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.
Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without having to give any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
You also have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can:
- Use the self-service portal in your customer account
- Use the withdrawal button available in our shop
- Contact us at info@lfmodelcars.com
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used, and must be in its original packaging.
In the event of a withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal or of receiving the returned items (whichever is later), using the same payment method as the original transaction.
